Refurbishment - Highgate, london
A complete refurbishment including an entire rebuild of the upper two floors. The client wanted to create a modern high tech house. Key features of the property are the roof top garden, offering superb views of London, the glass staircase, cinema room and vast kitchen and dining area. Croystone undertook the building works and also acted as project managers, co-ordinating specifically appointed contractors.
Extension - Kingston, Surrey
This extension features a joiner made timber framework with glazed roof and Crittall windows. The ground was lowered to accommodate the extension and also provide a patio area separated from the main garden. The extension serves as a kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen was hand built and installed by Croystone. The extension features hand made lead gutters and rain water pipe, adding to the bespoke nature of the kitchen and extension overall.
Modern extension - Sheen, Surrey
Construction of a modern extension which features vast areas of glass, and wide folding doors to help merge the garden with the house interior. The roof is weathered in lead which forms an integral part of weathering the building whilst creating a visual impact
